Grapevine Medical Lodge is proud to announce it has achieved a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on our most recent annual survey.
The annual survey is an unannounced inspection of Medicare and Medicaid-certified facilities, like skilled nursing homes. The purpose of the survey is to ensure the facility meets federal regulations and delivers quality care.
The survey evaluates a facility on patient safety, resident well-being, and compliance with federal requirements. State surveyors conduct a comprehensive review that scrutinizes resident care, staffing levels, cleanliness, and emergency preparedness. They also interview residents, staff, and family members. The facility receives a deficiency rating, with zero deficiencies indicating the best possible outcome. Grapevine Medical Lodge’s 2024 survey showed zero deficiencies!
This accomplishment comes on the heels of their 2023 American Healthcare Association (AHCA) Bronze Quality Award. Grapevine Medical Lodge is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service to its residents.
